The Villa, in a private setting, was built by Count Rosolino Orlando at the beginning of the 20th century. It has maintained its original design, which includes colourful terracotta Caltagirone tile flooring and marble grouting.
The house, set over two floors, is extremely luminous and spacious and lends its to the owner giving it an original and personal imprint.
The main entrance is extremely spacious and leads into the focal area of the house. On the right side you find the kitchen and bright, spacious open dining area. To the left is there are two very spacious living rooms, one with an working, original stone fireplace. There is direct access to the gardens from both the dining rooms and living areas.
On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and four recently renovated bathrooms. Every window in the house boasts a sea view.
The southern facing gardens, surrounding the villa enjoy a sea view stretching as far as Elba and have lush Mediterranean greenery. There is also the possibility to build a swimming pool within the garden.
